“This is a poo shoppe!” (Those are flies.) This was prominently displayed in the front of the produce section in a major Midwest grocery store this summer. It reminded me of that Eddie Izzard routine about the strategic placement of fresh and poo products in groceries.

So, 24 years ago, Apple predicted a complex natural-language voice assistant built into a touchscreen Apple device, and was less than a month off.
