More self-aggrandizing media vigilantism by WKYC’s local newsman Eric Mansfield. I respect the guy as a reporter and as a man —I really believe he has a good heart and tries to do the right thing— but these Carl Monday moves drive me crazy.

I was discussing this with my dad and he said, “report the news, don’t make it.” That’s a pretty good way of putting it.

I assured Mr. Mansfield that this isn’t personal in a tweet about the story because this isn’t the first time I’ve accused him for egotistical sensationalism.
