Yesterday was Earth Day. I didn’t have to stray too far from my regular lifestyle to celebrate man’s conquest over nature’s sissy limited resources: I did laundry in a low-capacity washer at the laundromat pictured above, like always; I also took a sea shower, which I do every day because my French dorm is actually a docked space station.
But Earth Day is about changing your habits for the greener. Everyone can do a little better. Which is why I relieved myself on a sidewalk — It saved gallons of water I would have wasted by flushing a toilet, and hardly anyone noticed, as it blends in with all the dog poop THAT NOBODY CLEANS UP IN THIS COUNTRY.
